7. Hotel Responsibility

Accessing the website does not imply the existence of a commercial relationship between the user and EM Hotels. The printed version of the reservation serves as a locator when you arrive at the hotel. Booking hotel nights on this website implies the customer’s adherence and acceptance of each and every one of the general conditions stated here. By accepting the following clauses, you declare and accept:

1) Being of legal age and having full capacity to make the reservation, stating that you understand and comprehend all the conditions found on the website.

8. Prices

The prices indicated are Public Selling Prices. The price includes: Price per night depending on the type of room and selected board basis, except for hotels where the inclusion of other services is specifically indicated. The price does not include: Any service not specified in addition to extras such as taxes, transfers, tips, phone calls, laundry services, minibar, parking, etc… Check-in and check-out times: Generally, and unless otherwise agreed with the establishment, rooms can be used from 3 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12 pm on the day of departure.

9. Passports and Visas

All travelers, without exception (including children), must have their personal and family documentation in order, such as the civil registry, passport, or ID card, according to current legislation. Minors under 18 years of age must carry a written permission signed by their parents or guardians, in case it may be requested by any authority. If the concession of visas is rejected by any Authority, for particular reasons of the user, or if entry into the city or country is denied due to not meeting the required requirements, or due to defects in the required documentation, or for not being a carrier of it, the hotel disclaims all responsibility for events of this nature, any expenses incurred being the consumer’s responsibility, in these circumstances, the conditions and rules established for the case of a no-show apply.
